Today I went in to order 2 wedding cakes at the bakery. I found what I wanted to order on the book provided then asked the lady in the bakery about placing an order. She came out and pointed to the qr code on the sign and told me we had to order there. I tried using the qr code but it wouldn't let me change the location to pick up nor would it let me order more than one cake at a time. I asked the lady again in the bakery and let her know I couldn't complete things in the app. She stated it must be your phone, you can order on line and turned around and walked off. .....this is unacceptable customer service. I understand using technology but sometimes we forget that technology doesn't always work as it should. When trying to call someone in customer service I ended up with the Cafe and was informed I would have to call back because they couldn't transfer calls in house......just do better Sam's club Vienna WV

Placed an order for pickup at the Vienna, WV location. When I got there it was pouring rain and the pickup spots were pretty full. There was one young man, Connor, who was bringing out all the orders. He was soaked, but never stopped smiling as he hustled to get every order loaded up. This young man deserves a raise! Exceptional customer service in terrible conditions.

This is for online delivery process only - The system said 2 things I ordered were in stock. Then when it was at the tail end of the timeframe for delivery, I was notified that they didnt have them, and wouldn't let me get substitutions. When it was delivered, I didnt receive my milk. I called the store and my only options were calling the delivery company or coming to the store to get my milk. No offer of a refund from the store. Worst delivery experience ever. I will not do that again.

Sam's Club is great place to buy the items you want in volume at lower prices. My wife is handicapped and requires a scooter which is available most every time. The employees are very helpful and will go out of their way. Today I couldn't find tortilla wraps so I asked a guy in the meat section and he stopped what he was doing and walked me to the other side of store to point them out to me. We also use their app to scan our purchases as we shop and when done we head right out to the exit and scans the items in the cart with what the app shows that was purchased. It's a great time saver so you don't have to go through checkout.

I like the store it's a lot smaller than any of the other Sam's I've ever been in , but it's clean the people are nice and that's all you really need. The picture below is of a car of a man who feels he is entitled to do what he wants, there was an officer there that was off duty said he called the police that were on duty which I don't believe that because nobody came. This man said some stuff to me that made me want to slap him, but I held back. I wouldn't mind it if he called me fat that doesn't bother me there's other things he said about my disability and stuff that bothered me. Like I said this man felt entitled because he has a handicap placard i on the other hand have a handicap license plate.
